Statement For Manna House Introduction
We
will do our best to cater for the needs of all visitors to our home.
Please bear in mind that our B&B runs from our family home.
Our information is available on our website or over the phone.
Below is extra information to aid accessibility. Pre-arrival
Our
usual communication is by phone (between 9am and 10pm please, unless in
emergency) or email.
If needed, we can send a large font email or communicate by
type-talk. Arrival
& parking Most
guests arrive by car or train (London Travel Information: 020-7222-1234).
If you have problems walking 600m from the station, contact minicab
company, Sure Cars (020-8697-1235).
If you arrive by car and have mobility problems, we can reserve a
parking place on our forecourt, just five metres from the front door. Lynne
is willing to assist you with luggage. Main
entrance and reception The
front door has external lighting to aid your approach. Internal
public areas All
four bedrooms are on the first floor.
The stairs have a bannister on one side and handrail on the other. A
night light is on all night. You
can store medication in the fridge on the landing. Bedrooms
Each
has a colour TV with teletext, sub-titles and remote control. On
request, there is a flashing alarm clock. Bathrooms
There
is a bathroom near the three bedrooms that are not en-suite.
This has a bath with grab rails and shower.
A non-slip mat, for in the bath, is available.
Additional grab rails and a shower stool are available on request. Guests
can use the downstairs family bathroom, if the upstairs one is occupied. Contacting
us We
are available for assistance by knocking on the doors of the family rooms
downstairs. For
emergencies, when we are out, Lynne's mobile number can be given.
